Tiger & Turtle - Magic Mountain

Tiger & Turtle - Magic Mountain is a unique park and art installation in Duisburg, Germany. Dubbed "the surreal rocket slide," it's a 45-metre-high steel rollercoaster-like sculpture of 219 steps designed by Heike Mutter and Ulrich Genth that you can walk up and down. The illuminated sculpture is designed to be an interactive experience and visitors can climb it and even pass through the figures of an eagle and a tiger and experience 360 degree views of the city. There's also a power station which visitors can walk on and the entire installation is located between two hills which add to the magical atmosphere. Evenings, especially those with moonlight, can be especially beautiful.
