The Merchandise Mart in Chicago is a landmark building, designed by Marshall and Fox and completed in 1930. It is one of the largest commercial buildings in the world and has seen more than a hundred years of Chicago's iconic history. It was once the place to buy and sell products, ranging from textiles and interior design items to food products and fresh produce. Today, the building is home to thousands of entrepreneurs who use the space for business and tech start-ups and art events, festivals and workshops. The Merchandise Mart is also home to shops, restaurants, galleries, a spa and beauty center and event spaces, making it a great location for all types of activities. The building's large windows provide natural light and expansive views of the city and its surroundings.
