Skyline Trail Cape Breton Highland National Park

The Skyline Trail in Cape Breton Highlands National Park is a stunning wilderness located on the east coast of Canada. This 8.8 mile (14.2 km) trail will take you over fog-covered hills, across babbling brooks, through moss-covered forests and around the rugged coast of the Gulf of St. Lawrence. As you hike along the trail you can enjoy majestic views of the rocky cliffs, pristine lakes and stunning wildflowers that thrive in this protected area. There is an abundance of photography opportunities, from broad vistas over the park’s rolling green hills, to intimate close-ups of the fascinating and diverse wildlife.
