Ermita de Nuestra Señora del Rosario

Ermita de Nuestra Señora del Rosario is a religious place in El Rosario, Spain. This small chapel located between Las Negras and El Fraile is thought to date back to the 17th century. Its structure is characterized by a single nave, made up of stone walls and masonry transepts, with a roof in the shape of a dome covered with Arabic tiles. The bell tower is located on the roof. The interior is divided into three sections, with an image of the Virgin of El Rosario. The carvings in the main altar stand out, some of which depict images of the Immaculate Conception and the Three Marias. Visitors to El Rosario can find this site just outside the village, making it the perfect spot for a peaceful walk around the countryside.
