The Conteiner terminal and Wood bay at Drone, in Klaipėda, Lithuania, is an industrial port with a vast, picturesque landscape of cranes and towers. It is the largest port in Lithuania, covering over three million square meters. Visitors can enjoy a scenic view of the port and the city of Klaipėda, as well as its direct connection to the Baltic Sea. The main attraction of the complex is the large expanse of grey cranes and towers reaching as high as 150 meters. It is surrounded by a wide array of bushy trees and grasses that add natural beauty to the industrial setting. Interestingly, the entire area is surrounded by a protective fence that was built during Soviet times. Visitors can access the area from the highway or the city center and can explore the complex either by walking or by taking the two passenger ferries that are available. The area is also accessible for drones, making it a perfect spot for drone photography.
