📍 Frá Entrance, Spain
The Amphitheatre of Italica is an ancient Roman sports complex dating back to the 2nd century AD, located in Santiponce, Seville, Spain. Built by the Roman Emperor Hadrian, this spectacular arena covers 7,000 m² and its stands were capable of seating around 20,000 spectators. The amphitheatre is located near a beautiful park with trees and an artificial lake, being the perfect spot for exploring nature and archaeology at the same time. Furthermore, the remains of the city of Italica — one of the most important Roman cities in Hispania — can also be found around the complex, including dozens of archaeological sites such as temples, a theatre, and the famous circus charioteer. Don't miss this opportunity to explore one of the best preserved Roman amphitheatres in the whole of Europe.
