Pão de Açúcar

Pão de Açúcar and Botafogo Beach are two of the most popular tourist attractions in Botafogo, Brazil. Pão de Açúcar (Sugarloaf Mountain) is a steep peak of almost 400 meters high. It is located in the Guanabara Bay, at the entrance of the port of Rio de Janeiro. A cable car service allows visitors to get to the top of the mountain for a stunning view of the city. Botafogo Beach is a long stretch of sand bordered by the Rio de Janeiro canal to the north and the Botafogo neighborhood to the south.
