Fuente Dorada

Fuente Dorada is a beautiful and iconic fountain in Central Valladolid. Constructed in 1877, the fountain stands in Plaza Mayor and attracts many visitors throughout the year. The attractive fountain is adorned with busts of King Philip III, Christopher Columbus, and Consul Juan Alvarez Mendizabal. It is surrounded by luxurious porticos lined with plush apartments and old mansions, painted in warm colors and flanked by tall trees.
