Bada Bagh is a historical monument located in the Jaisalmer district of Rajasthan, India. It's full name is 'Bada Bagh Jaisalmer', and it is located some 6 km away from the city of Jaisalmer. Built between the years 1589 to 1745 CE, it is an important example of 16th century architecture and style.
The Bada Bagh consists of several structures, including cenotaphs or 'chhatris', displaying the grandiose lifestyle of the local rulers.
