Ayuntamiento de Mogarraz

Ayuntamiento de Mogarraz is the ancient Town Hall of Mogarraz in Spain. This impressive building was constructed in the 15th century, and its attractive architecture has remained mostly unchanged over the centuries. It was designed in the traditional mountain style, with stone walls and slate roofs. The Ayuntamiento is great for exploring the history of the region, and its interior features an impressive hall with ornate wood panelling. Visitors will also find its bell tower, atop of which is a clock built in the 19th century. On the front facade are four reliefs which tell the story of the 'Sermon of the Five Lord', an event which happened in the 16th century. An added bonus is the Church of Our Lady of the Assumption, which is located directly behind the Town Hall.
