Your connection, your choice
Your assistant can request public photo spots. It cannot read your private profile, age, saved places, trips or app password.
NoFilter associates each connection and daily search count with either an anonymous visitor or your NoFilter account. Anonymous visitors receive 1 successful search per UTC day, free accounts 3, and existing paid subscriptions 50. Anonymous access uses a signed, random, HttpOnly cookie stored in the authorization browser for up to 90 days; it identifies that browser, not a verified person. Connections made from the same browser share that anonymous allowance. It does not create a NoFilter account or look up a subscription. The allowance is shared across assistants. Subscription status may take up to five minutes to refresh.
Destination coordinates, search text and conversations are not stored by this service. Account-linked search counts and first/return dates may be used to compare recommendation quality; these minimal experiment records expire within 150 days. After an announcement email, a first successful account-linked search within seven days may be recorded to measure whether the announcement was useful; destinations and conversations are not included. Temporary connection codes expire after ten minutes. Authorization records expire within 30 days unless refreshed; daily counters expire within two days. Revoking a connection or deleting your account stops its access immediately.
For account connections, manage access in NoFilter under Profile → Settings → MCP: ChatGPT, Claude and more (Connected assistants in earlier versions). Anonymous users can disconnect through their assistant; clearing a browser cookie does not revoke an assistant token. Your assistant provider has its own privacy policy.
