Talalpsee Lake

Talalpsee Lake is a stunning alpine lake located in the stunning Canton of Glarus Nord, Switzerland. This beautiful lake is one of the few natural lakes in the area, surrounded by vast meadows, imposing mountains, and an abundance of wildlife. The lake is crystal clear and idyllic, making it a perfect spot for a peaceful break, as well as a great spot to photograph the stunning mountain views. There are various walking and cycling routes around the lake, mostly flat and suitable for all levels of walkers and cyclists. During the warmer months the lake is accessible by car and various points around the lake have been set up offering boat and canoe rentals, making it a perfect day trip for families.
