Foz do Rio Itaúnas is a stunning ecosystem in the eastern state of Espírito Santo, Brazil. Located in the coastal municipality of Conceição da Barra, it's comprised of two sections: a large river embouchure and a smaller part of the Delta das Rosas. The large section is divided in two: the Rio Itaúnas, which follows beside the coastline, and the Rio Santa Maria, which runs alongside the beaches.
