Lake Agnes

Lake Agnes is located in Lake Louise in the Canadian Rockies, inside Banff National Park. It is a popular destination for hikers since the trail around the lake offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains, valley and glaciers. The trail is easy to follow and doesn’t require any particular skill or equipment, it also has several interesting sights along the way. The most popular one is the Lake Agnes Teahouse, an alpine teahouse built in 1901, where hikers can have some refreshment and take a break from the climb. It offers appetizers, a selection of teas, alcoholic beverages, and scrumptious homemade cakes. Visitors should also take a stroll along the lake shore, with the snow-capped peaks reflecting in the lake, it will make a great memory. There are several species of wild plants and birds native to the area, so keep your eyes open!
