Kensington Palace

Kensington Palace in Greater London, United Kingdom, is a royal residence set within Kensington Gardens. It has served as residence for British royalty since the 17th century and is still used today. Open to the public, the palace houses important art collections from the Royal Collection and includes the Princess Diana Memorial Playground and the Sunken Garden. Features also include Queen Victoria’s Kensington Palace State Apartments as well as formal gardens. Additionally, it is home to the respected Victoria and Albert Museum.
