Tindhólmur

Tindhólmur and Bøur are twin islands in the Faroe Islands archipelago, located between Kalsoy and Kunoy islands. These islands offer incredible, panoramic views of the surrounding Atlantic Ocean and provide visitors with a wide range of wildlife, such as puffins, guillemots, gannets, and other sea birds. The area is also home to an array of rare wild flowers and is a great spot for bird-watching. Tindhólmur is also the home of two lighthouses that can be seen when trekking around the island, while Bøur offers a steep climb to its summit, where visitors can enjoy breathtaking views of the islands and islets nearby. There are a few easy walks along the shoreline and through the meadows and cliffs of Tindhólmur, while on Bøur there is a small chapel to explore, as well as a few restaurants. There are also several harbors and marinas here, providing visitors with the opportunity to take a boat trip around the islands.
