Osaka Castle is a magnificent Japanese castle located in Osaka, Japan. It was initially built in the 15th century and rebuilt by the Tokugawa Shogunate in 1620. It is surrounded by a 45m-high stone castle walls, and is the most recognized castle in Japan. It was a powerful presence during it's time, and protected Japan from various threats throughout history. The castle is surrounded by a beautiful garden, Nishinomaru Garden, and a large stone wall which stretches for over 1.5km. Today, the castle is one of Osaka's most popular attractions, and offers visitors a glimpse of the past. Inside the castle, you can find museum halls with displays of historical artifacts, and many other attractions related to the history of the castle.
