National Maritime Museum in Gdańsk

The National Maritime Museum in Gdańsk is one of the largest museums in Poland. It was established in 1962 and is devoted to the maritime history of the country. It offers visitors a chance to explore the rich culture, industry and maritime heritage of Gdańsk and its surrounding ports. Featuring an extensive permanent exhibition, the museum contains more than twenty thousand items related to maritime culture, navigation, shipping equipment, ship models, and photography.
