Lómagnúpur Mountain

Elephant Rock is a unique geological feature in the Arches National Park of Utah, USA. It's made up of huge red sandstone rocks that look like an elephant, hence the name. It's located in the Fiery Furnace area of Arches National Park and is a popular attraction for hikers and rock climbers. It stretches for about half a mile and is an amazing sight to behold as the huge sandstone rocks sit proudly in the middle of the desert. There is a well marked trail to get to Elephant Rock so hikers can admire the stunning view of the formation, as well as its surrounding landscape. Rock climbers challenge themselves by attempting to scale its steep sides. The views of the park from the top of the rock provide a stunning panoramic experience.
