Grand Théâtre de Rabat

The Grand Théâtre of Rabat is a magnificent concert venue in the capital city of Morocco. It was built in the late 1980s and was designed in a modernist style by renowned architect Jacques Couëlle. The theatre is made up of two parts - an orchestra stage and an amphitheatre, both of which are surrounded by a stunning garden that has been used as a setting for several operas and ballet performances. Inside the theatre, you will find the huge 20-meter high Hall des Congrès, an auditorium that can host up to 600 guests. This theatre is the only grand theatre of its kind in Morocco, and it has become a major cultural hotspot in Rabat, hosting some of the most renowned orchestras, performers, and productions in the country.
