Fred Gannon Rocky Bayou State Park is a 638 acre state park on the North West Florida Gulf Coast in Niceville. It's a nature lover's paradise with a tranquil marsh dotted with majestic live oak trees and an abundance of wildlife, including deer and Florida alligators. Visitors can enjoy a 3 mile nature trail, scenic lakefront boardwalk, nature viewing platform, picnic areas and boat launches. Boating, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, and hiking are all popular activities in the park. Park facilities also include a Ranger Station and interpretive center.
