Fort La Latte - Château de La Roche Goyon is a medieval castle located on a rocky spur overlooking the sea in Plévenon near Cap-Fréhel on the Côte d'Émeraude, Brittany, France. Built in the 14th century, the castle was the site of numerous conflicts between the French and English before 17th century. It has been restored several times and is an important heritage site in the region. Visitors can explore the site including the main keep and two towers and marvel at the views over the Emerald Coast. The main keep also houses an interesting collection of artifacts from the castle’s glamorous past, giving visitors a glimpse into life in the fourteenth century.
