Farol da Nazaré

Farol da Nazaré, a lighthouse in Nazaré, Portugal, is an iconic view of this popular coastal town. Located 85 meters above sea level on top of a steep cliff face, Farol offers spectacular panoramas of the rugged and vast coastline. From here you can keep an eye on the waves of the nearby Atlantic Ocean, and perhaps catch a glimpse of a local surfer. There are a few trails around the lighthouse, providing both incredible sights and a peaceful atmosphere. The North and South walks take less than an hour but provide you with wonderful scenery.
