Far de Peniscola

The Far de Peñíscola is a lighthouse located on the eastern side of the old town of Peñíscola, in the province of Castellón, Spain. The lighthouse stands 32 metres (105 feet) high, and is made from white stone, as well as two cylindrical towers. It provides a stunning view of the Mediterranean Sea, as well as a visual landmark for visitors and residents of the town. It dates back to the early 17th century, when it served as an important means of navigation along the Mediterranean coast. Today, it is considered one of the most outstanding tourist attractions in the area, and the perfect spot for admiring magnificent sunsets.
