Diessenhofen

Diessenhofen and Rheinbrücke Diessenhofen–Gailingen is a small hamlet in Gailingen am Hochrhein, Germany. It is located at the confluence of the Rhine and the Töss rivers, and is home to two impressive bridges – the Rheinbrücke Diessenhofen–Gailingen (over the Rhine) and the Tössbrücke (over the Töss). Both bridges are popular with travelers and photographers, offering spectacular views over the meandering river, with the bright lights of the neighbouring Swiss village of Kreuzlingen glistening in the night. There are also many interesting old buildings in Diessenhofen to explore; Kolmnisfeld, an old community vineyard; and the old Jewish cemetery.
