Chicago L Train

The Chicago L Train and Wells St Parking Garage is a unique piece of architecture located north of the Merchandise Mart stop in Chicago, USA. Made of brick, it was constructed in 1924 and was part of the original Loop 'L' train system. The garage is visually interesting with its seven floors, and visitors can look down to the street with the metal staircase against the brick exterior. The structure has been photographed by many people for its interesting design. Despite its beauty, the garage is not open for public use today so a parking fee is not required. Visitors can only observe from the street, however, the windows and doors are often open to allow for an even better view.
