Champalimaud Foundation

The Champalimaud Foundation is a 20,000 m2 biomedical research center located in the Belém neighborhood of Lisboa, Portugal. It was designed by talented architect Charles Correa, who gave the building a unique look. The building has two distinct parts: the research building and a green area with a large square, public garden and walking paths allowing visitors to admire its beauty. The research building is worth visiting for its elaborate lighting, dynamic patterns and mirrored surfaces creating a dynamic visual effect. Inside the building, visitors can learn about the foundation's research initiatives, as well as its clinical centers. Photography enthusiasts also have the opportunity to capture the beauty of one of the most modern scientific research centers in Europe. There is no charge to visit the Champalimaud Foundation, and the building is open to the public daily during certain hours.
