The Princess Juliana International Airport in Simpson Bay, Sint Maarten, is the largest airport serving the Dutch portion of the Caribbean island known as Saint Martin. It's renowned for its low-flying planes that appear to be barely above beachgoers' heads. The airport offers two asphalt runways and one helipad, accommodating commercial airlines, private aircraft and helicopters. The airport offers various services such as rental car counters, banks, duty-free shops, ATMs, a post office, and car rental services. It also has a number of restaurants and souvenir shops for travelers. The Sky Diving activity center is also located next to the airport. As the famous Maho Beach is located near the airport people can witness the huge aircrafts passing at a height of only few meters from the ground. So if you want toexperience the thrill of standing close to the low flying aircrafts, Princess Juliana International Airport is definitely the place to be.
