Jardin de Castille

Jardin de Castille is a gorgeous floral park in the historic town of Uzès, in the Gard department of France. Situated in the heart of Uzès, the over 6 hectares gardens offer an array of scents, colours, shapes and smells. The gardens were laid out in the 18th century and showcase the art of French gardening in all its glory. Visitors can find a myriad of pathways, a vast vegetable garden, an impressive water feature, century-old trees and an abundance of flowering species. The gardens also feature an adventurous tree climbing area perfect for the little ones, a petting zoo, a pond inhabited by ducks and a playground.
