Itsukushima Floating Torii Gate

The Itsukushima Floating Torii Gate is an iconic landmark located on the sacred island of Itsukushima in Hatsukaichi, Japan. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is comprised of a unique, red lacquered and vermillion-lacquered gate that floats atop the waters of the Seto Inland Sea.
