Designed by renowned architect Jeanne Gang, the Aqua building stands out with its undulating curves, reflecting the nearby Lake Michigan. Its curved design serves as an excellent wind tunnel, creating a greater sense of stability and strength. The building is known as "The Skyscraper of the Future" and its unique design is a huge draw for visitors, photographers and tourists alike. Located in the NE corner of the building, the Aqua base provides the most stunning views of the city; close-up and far away. From here you can see the Sears Tower and John Hancock Building, the Navy Pier, and of course the vast expanse of Lake Michigan.
