Villa della regina

Villa della Regina is a grand villa in Turin, Italy which served as a royal residence. It is most renowned for its immense garden, one of the largest in Turin, and was originally designed in the 17th century by Filippo Juvarra. Typical of Juvarra's work, the garden contains many spectacular monuments and statues which reflect a Baroque influence. The main attraction of the park is the Fountain of the River Po, located in the middle. Visitors can also enjoy walking on a small promenade through the garden, surrounded by numerous ponds and pool-like structures, as well as a majestic grove of ancient and stately trees.
