Cedar Creek Falls

Cedar Creek Falls is a scenic 50-foot waterfall in the Cleveland National Forest, which is located in Ramona, in the San Diego County of California. The trail to get there is quite easy, only 3.2 miles (5.1 km). The path takes you through orange and manzanita groves, offering views of the mountains full of cedars. You will get the best view at the base of the falls, especially on hot summer days when you can see the mist created by the cascade. The hike to get there is downhill, which makes it an ideal excursion if you’re traveling with kids. There are also picnic tables in the area. Cedar Creek Falls is open every day and there’s no entrance fee.
