Texel Lighthouse

Texel Lighthouse is a beautiful, 19th century landmark on the island of Texel in the North Sea of the Netherlands. It was first lit in 1864 to guide sailors and has since become a popular tourist attraction. Built on a small island, De Cocksdorp, it stands 97-feet tall and is completely surrounded by the sea.
