สร้างขึ้นในปี 1970, Steglitzer Pinsel หรือ “Bierpinsel” เป็นหอคอยล้ำยุคสีแดงที่เคยเป็นที่ตั้งของร้านอาหารและบาร์ ตั้งอยู่ตรงแยก Schloßstraße และ Albrechtstraße งานชิ้นนี้เป็นแบบสถาปัตยกรรม Pop Art ที่หายาก แม้ปัจจุบันจะปิดปรับปรุง แต่รูปลักษณ์และสีสันที่โดดเด่นยังเป็นจุดถ่ายภาพน่าสนใจ ออกแบบโดย Ursulina Schüler-Witte และ Ralf Schüler แสดงถึงยุคการออกแบบเมืองทดลองในเวสต์เบอร์ลิน สำหรับการพักผ่อนสั้นๆ ลองเดินชมถนนช็อปปิ้งและคาเฟ่ใกล้เคียงหลังจากถ่ายรูปแลนด์มาร์กใน Steglitz
