Piazza Vittorio E. Orlando

Piazza Vittorio E. Orlando is a historical public square located in the town of Cinisi, Italy. It is located at the heart of the city, surrounded by historical buildings and twenty-five of the world famous marzipan statues. It was made in honour of the Italian Prime Minister Vittorio Emanuele Orlando and was the first square of the town. The marzipan statues are made after famous political figures and literary characters, including Dante and Pirandello. The square also hosts local festivals, traditional dances and concerts every now and then. The square is also surrounded by a well preserved traditional Italian cuisine, with some of the best pizzerias, eateries and cafes.
