Paroisse Protestante Saint-Guillaume

The Paroisse Protestante Saint-Guillaume is a Protestant church located in the historic city of Strasbourg, in the Alsace region of northeastern France. It is a beautiful 19th century church built in a neo-Gothic style and is considered to be one of the city’s most classic and characteristic buildings. The outside façade is decorated with numerous sculptures and ornate decorations, including figures of angels, animals, and plants. The church also holds a variety of artworks including a stunning stained-glass window in the long nave. Inside, visitors can find an impressive organ dating from 1865 and a crypt with 12 tombs. There are also several monuments and graves from WWI and WWII which commemorate the sacrifices of local people during those tragic times.
