Guildford Castle

Guildford Castle is one of the oldest and most impressive buildings in Surrey, United Kingdom. Built in the 11th century, this castle is one of the best-preserved Norman strongholds in Britain. Guildford Castle is a combination of fortification and medieval palace, with great towers, a keep, a barbican gatehouse and a half-timbered great hall.
