Grotte El Jabha

Grotte El Jabha, located in El Jebha, Morocco, is an ancient rock art site, estimated to date back to between 10,000 and 90,000 years ago. This impressive combination of archeology and natural beauty, has been well-preserved in the dry desert climate. The cave displays paintings depicting Red Deer, abundant in the region millennia ago, as well as Picassos and other rock paintings from the Neolithic Territories. Visitors can also find tools, evidences of early human dwellings, and Roman pottery fragments.
