Frankfurt

Frankfurt am Main is Germany's fifth largest city and is located in the central part of the country. At its heart lies Eiserner Blick, a 3,2 kilometer circular walking route that offers breathtaking sights of the city's skyline. Following the river's edge and the city's historical timber-framed houses, the route passes the Römerberg City Hall, the Gate of Justice, and the Emperor's Fountain. Sightseers can admire the architectural landmarks along the way, but Eiserner Blick is just as special for the viewpoints it offers of the Main River, Eiserner Steg bridge, and the modern skycrapers of downtown Frankfurt.
