Fitz Roy

Fitz Roy and Lagunas Madre e Hija - Lado Norte, in El Chaltén, Argentina is a beautiful location for photographers and travelers alike. The scenery here is breathtaking and the place is a great trekking destination with plenty of trails and mountains to explore. You can take plenty of photos of the Lagunas Madre and Hija and the nearby snow-covered peaks of Cerro Fitz Roy and Cerro Torre. There's also the amazing Glaciar Piedras Blancas, accessible with an easy walk of approximately 9 km. El Chaltén has some camping spots along the trails, but if you want more comfort you can always stay in one of the many cozy lodges in the town. Make sure to check out the picturesque hikes along the Fitz Roy Valley. A must-visit!
