Kingdom Tower in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is the tallest tower in the world and the centerpiece of the Kingdom City project. The tower stands at an impressive 1,000m (3,280 ft) and was designed by the same architects responsible for the world's highest tower, the Burj Khalifa in Dubai. The impressive tower includes a wide selection of amenities, from luxurious hotel suites and an extensive shopping complex to a viewing deck and restaurant. The viewing deck, located on the 158th floor, offers a bird's eye view of Riyadh and its surrounding area. Visitors can even gaze at the Red Sea and the desert far beyond. Kingdom Tower also features two escalators, the fastest in the world, ascending the impressive height quickly and comfortably.
