Umhlanga Lighthouse

The Umhlanga Lighthouse is an iconic landmark situated in Umhlanga, South Africa. The attractive 20m white and red striped structure stands tall above the Umhlanga beachfront and was inaugurated officially in 2002. Views of the lighthouse stretching out to the Indian Ocean and the surrounding scenic area makes it a popular tourist spot and a perfect place to take memorable photos. The lighthouse also doubles up as a restaurant and the top floor houses a restaurant which is perfect for romantic dinners with glorious sunset views.
