Plaza del Quinto Centenario - Puerto RicoU@gabioppenheimer - UnsplashPlaza del Quinto Centenario📍 Puerto RicoPlaza del Quinto Centenario is a major public square located in Old San Juan, Puerto Rico. It includes the 14-story Paseo La Princesa waterfront promenade, a statue of Ponce de León, and a fountain. The promenade offers beautiful views of the San Juan bay and El Morro Fortress, and is a popular spot for jogging and biking. The sculpture of Ponce de León looks out over the square and serves as a reminder that, a few steps away, the original settlement of San Juan was founded in 1508. The fountain in the middle of the square is a symbol of the city’s long and proud history. The plaza is surrounded by cobblestone streets and colonial stone buildings, which bring the city’s history alive in a unique way. On the northwest corner of the plaza is the San Juan Cathedral, the oldest cathedral in Puerto Rico.🗺 KartaVisa på kartan🎫 TuristattraktionerKolla turistattraktioner i närheten🏨 VandrarhemKolla vandrarhem i närheten🌦 VäderinformationFå väderinformation och mycket mer från appen.
