Old Sawmill

The Old Sawmill in Paxton, United States is a historic landmark. Originally built in the late 1800s, the Old Sawmill looms over station road. The building itself is an interesting sight, with its rustic walls and stone block exterior. It was used to cut and process timber in its heyday, and has been renovated and re-purposed for a variety of uses since its closure in the early 1900s. The Old Sawmill has since seen a new life as a museum dedicated to the history of the town, as well as a Mongolian BBQ restaurant and a family-run petting zoo. Visitors are welcome to explore the grounds and the various shops and attractions around the area.
