La Maison des Artisans - Adam House is an excellent example of French architecture from the 18th Century. Built in the 1700s by Pierre d'Adam, it overlooks the spectacular chateau of Angers. With its white stone facade, pointed-arch windows, and typical small wooden balcony, it stands out from the other residences in the historical district of Angers. It is also one of the oldest buildings in the city, and an important part of the history. There are no paid tours, but visitors are welcome to take a look around its courtyards, gardens and other picturesque sights. Its picturesque cobbled courtyard and dreamy balcony add to the romantic charm that this house offers. The best way to appreciate the beauty of this unique architectural gem is to take a leisurely stroll in the area and observe it from the entertainment alley, while stopping in the nearby café or traditional restaurant to enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine.
