İlahiyat Fakültesi-Marmara Üniversitesi

İlahiyat Fakültesi-Marmara Üniversitesi is a faculty located in Altunizade, Istanbul, Turkey. It is the Faculty of Divinity of the Marmara University, the oldest and largest university in Turkey. The faculty is home to many theological and religious studies, as well as the only Faculty of Divinity in the city. The building is in a neoclassical style and was built in 1888. The building has a very large courtyard, where students usually gather and hang out between classes. In 2012, the courtyard was renovated and now consists of two sections, with a small fountain and several trees in the middle. The Faculty also has a religious activity center, which hosts various events throughout the year, including conferences and lectures. Additionally, the faculty also has a library with a large collection of books related to religious studies and theology.
