Himalayan Cherry Blossom - Near doi suthep

The Himalayan Cherry Blossom in Don Kaeo, Thailand, is a truly magnificent sight. The entire mountain hillside is illuminated with a mesmerizing pink and white array of blooming flowers for a short period in springtime. At the base of the hill is the Don Kaeo Tea Sanctuary. Tea has been grown on this hillside since the late 1800s, and the Don Kaeo Tea Sanctuary is still a popular spot for enjoying the taste of one of Thailand's best teas and a stroll in the tea gardens.
