Gdański Bridge

Gdański Bridge is one of the iconic landmarks of Warsaw, Poland. Located near the Old Town district of the capital, the bridge is connected to Gdański Avenue, a historic road. The bridge has an elegant design with its four arches, and decorated with heraldic coat of arms of the cities of Krakow and Warsaw. On the bridge there is also a section with a small cross, in memory of the victims of the Warsaw Rising during World War II. A great view of the bridge can be seen from Vistula river banks. It is also a great place for spot some birds, due to its location. The bridge is open to the public and provides a great opportunity to explore the beauty of Warsaw.
