Etna view point

The Etna view point in Nicolosi, Italy is an excellent spot for those interested in the beauty and power of the local, active volcano. Visitors can check out the impressive views all the way to the Adriatic Sea, and be awed by the height of Mount Etna. From here, visitors can also get some of the best views of the Valle del Bove depression, part of the volcano's landslide area. The Valle del Bove features steep walls and many craters, giving an excellent perspective into the violent and powerful forces that formed the stunning mountain. There are clearly marked trails and an information centre nearby which allow visitors to properly appreciate this awe-inspiring landscape.
